Kōkihi are a local team producing microgreens for Wellington’s hospitality industry and for home subscribers.
We grow an exciting selection of colours and flavours e.g. buckwheat, kohlrabi, pak choi, chervil and amaranth as well as the microgreen basics such as purple radish, coriander and peashoots. Delivered as a living product for you to harvest fresh.
Locally grown – all our microgreens are grown locally in Te Aro.
Ecologically grown – we use organic compost in our growing mix and avoid synthetic fertilisers and pesticides.
Waste minimisation – we have a strong commitment to minimising waste. We will sanitise and reuse your empty punnets, again and again. We also grow to order only, meaning less wasted microgreens.
